ExhibitPack

Turn scattered evidence into an organized family-law packet.

Quick answer

ExhibitPack is software that organizes California family-law evidence into an attorney-ready packet. You add what you already have: screenshots, texts, emails, PDFs, photos. It returns a dated chronology, an exhibit index in a California Rules of Court 3.1110-style format, a missing-evidence checklist, and declaration support, with every fact carrying a verbatim quote from your own evidence. It covers 4 matter types: restraining orders (DVRO), custody (FL-300), divorce (FL-142 and FL-150), and parentage (FL-200). Organizing and exporting are free at $0 with no account needed to start; the only paid item is an optional human guided review at $199 per matter. ExhibitPack is not a law firm and gives no legal advice.

Upload screenshots, texts, emails, and records. ExhibitPack builds a structured timeline, extracts the people, dates, and issues, flags what's missing, and assembles an attorney-ready packet with every fact traceable to its source. A human organizing review is optional.

Source-traceable · On-device OCR · Human-review options · No account needed to look

Not legal advice. ExhibitPack organizes and summarizes your evidence; it does not give legal advice, recommend strategy, or represent you, and it does not provide attorneys. Take your finished packet to an attorney of your choice.

How it works

1

Upload anything

Screenshots, texts, emails, PDFs, photos, records. Images are read with on-device OCR, so your evidence never leaves the browser to be scanned.

2

We organize it

A dated chronology, factual issue clusters, an exhibit index, and a missing-evidence checklist. Every fact is traceable to a verbatim source quote.

3

Review & export

Get an attorney-ready packet as a paginated PDF. Optional organizing review by our team. Take it to your own lawyer, mediator, or self-help center.

Questions, answered

How much does ExhibitPack cost?

Building, previewing, and exporting your packet costs $0, with no account needed to start. The only paid item is an optional human "Guided review" at $199 per matter, which is an organizing review of your packet and never legal advice. There is no subscription.

What do I get in the packet?

Six things: a dated chronology of events, your evidence grouped into factual topics, an exhibit index in a California Rules of Court 3.1110-style format, source-traceable facts that each carry a verbatim quote from your own evidence, a missing-evidence checklist, and declaration support arranged as numbered factual paragraphs. It exports as a paginated PDF and as JSON.

Which California family-law matters does it cover?

Four: domestic-violence restraining orders (DVRO), custody and visitation via a Request for Order (FL-300), divorce and legal separation (dissolution, with FL-142 and FL-150 source documents), and parentage (FL-200). Each has its own free evidence guide.

Do I need a lawyer to use it?

No. ExhibitPack is built for people representing themselves, and for the friends, family, advocates, and paralegals helping them. It is also used by solo and small firms to cut intake-cleanup time. It is not a law firm, does not provide attorneys, and gives no legal advice. The packet is built to be easy to hand to an attorney of your choice.

What does "source-traceable" mean?

It means every fact in your packet carries a verbatim quote from your own evidence, plus a reference back to the document it came from. Anyone reviewing the packet can check each fact against its source. Nothing is invented or summarized away from what you provided.

What is an exhibit index?

An exhibit index is a labeled list of the documents you're including, each given a designation (A, B, C…) and a page reference. It's how a reader finds a specific piece of evidence quickly. ExhibitPack builds one in a California Rules of Court 3.1110-style format.

What does "attorney-ready" mean here?

It describes a clean, organized, source-traceable file with a dated chronology, an exhibit index, and facts tied to their sources, easy to hand to an attorney. It does not mean an attorney reviewed it or that it is legally sufficient; ExhibitPack is not a law firm and gives no legal advice.

Do I need an account to organize my evidence?

No. You can build and preview a packet for free without signing up. An account only matters if you want to save your work or come back to it later.

Does ExhibitPack give legal advice or tell me what to file?

No. ExhibitPack organizes the evidence you provide into a chronology, issue clusters, and an exhibit index. It does not advise you on your rights, which forms to file, deadlines, or strategy. For advice about your situation, consult a licensed attorney or your court's self-help center.

Is my evidence kept private?

Images are read with on-device OCR, so your evidence isn't shipped off just to be scanned. You can delete your data at any time. See the Privacy page for details.
