It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, recommend strategy, or provide attorneys. It organizes what you already have so you, or a lawyer you hire, can work from something ordered instead of a pile. Deciding what any of it means is a job for a person, not for this software.
What does ExhibitPack do?
It builds a dated chronology of events, groups your evidence into factual topics, and produces an exhibit index in a California Rules of Court 3.1110-style format. Every fact carries a verbatim quote from your own evidence plus a reference back to its source, so a reviewer can verify each one. It also flags a missing-evidence checklist and assembles declaration support from your dated facts.
Which California family-law matters does it cover?
Four California family-law matter types: domestic-violence restraining orders (DVRO), custody and visitation (Request for Order), divorce and legal separation (dissolution), and parentage. Each maps to general published information about the Judicial Council forms commonly associated with it, for reference only. ExhibitPack does not select forms for you or tell you whether or when to file.
How much does ExhibitPack cost?
Organizing and exporting your packet is free. Building your own packet needs a free account; reading a full sample packet and running the readiness check need no account. The only paid item is an optional human "Guided review" at $199 per matter, an organizing review of your packet that is never legal advice. You only pay if you choose it.

Is my evidence private?
Images (screenshots, photos, scanned PDFs) are read with on-device OCR, so the image itself isn't sent to us just to be scanned. Your draft workspace lives in your browser until you submit. You can delete any packet, or your entire account and all its evidence, yourself at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent. ExhibitPack does not sell your data.
