The exhibit index sheet lists the documents you are attaching and is built around the 3 fields California Rules of Court rule 3.1110(f)(1) names: the exhibit number or letter, a brief description, and a page number. The chronology sheet is a dated timeline with 4 columns: the date, what happened, which document shows it, and where that document sits in the exhibits. Each one comes as a PDF you can print and as a page you can read. They are blank organizing templates and general information, not legal advice, and courts can have their own local rules.

You do not need to ask us for anything. Print these, photocopy them, hand them out, put the PDFs on your own site, or rewrite them under your own name. There is no attribution requirement, no license to read, and no tracking pixel in the PDFs.
